Nominations for the Rotary Club of Tulsa’s 2010-2011 executive team were recently announced. The election will take place at the December 2, 2009 meeting. Individuals unopposed will be automatically elected.

As this year's president-elect, Bob McKenzie automatically assumes the club's presidency on July 1, 2010.

Nominations include:

Vice President and President-Elect for 2011-2012— Phil Lakin, Jr. Phil serves as Executive Director of the Tulsa Community Foundation, and his club classification is Tulsa Community Foundation. He joined the Rotary Club of Tulsa in March 2000 and has served as International Projects Chairman and Past Director; Membership Development Chair; Rotary Foundation Chair; Budget Chair and Secretary-Treasurer. Phil is a Paul Harris Fellow and also a Community Fellow supporting the Tulsa Rotary Community Fund.

Secretary/Treasurer Elect — Will Smith. Will is President of SWS, LLC, and his club classification is Drilling Contractor, Oil & Gas. Will joined the Rotary Club of Tulsa in August 1997 and will serve as Budget Chair in 2010-2011. He has served as Classifications Chair and Service Director. Will is a Paul Harris Fellow and a Community Fellow.

Sergeant At Arms — Rhonda Renz. Rhonda is Senior Vice President, US Payments and her club classification is Financial Collection. She joined the Rotary Club of Tulsa in April 2004. Rhonda has served as Classification Chair; Membership Development Chair; and Service Director. Rhonda is a Paul Harris Fellow and a Community Fellow.

Community Fund Trustee — Gordon Greer. The Community Fund Trustee is elected to serve a five year term; Gordon's term will end in 2015. Gordon is Vice Chairman of BancFirst, and his club classification is Banking – Commercial. Gordon joined the Rotary Club of Tulsa in April 1998. He has served as Classifications Chairman and as Tulsa/OKC Relations Chairman. Gordon is a Paul Harris Fellow and a Community Fellow.

Three nominations for Director At Large have been made and one will be elected on December 2 to a three-year term. Those nominated are:

Trisha Kerkstra. Trisha is an Associations Manager and Hospitality Consultant for Kerkstra Hospitality, and her club classification is Hotel / Bed and Breakfast. Trisha joined the Rotary Club of Tulsa in October of 2000. She is Past Youth Activities Chair and International Youth Exchange Chair. She has served on the International Projects, Conferences and Conventions, Iba Awards and Mike Chittom Adopt-A-School committees. Trisha is a Paul Harris Fellow.

Ann Ketcham. Ann is Executive Director for American Diabetes Association, and her club classification is American Diabetes Association. Ann joined the Rotary Club of Tulsa in June 1996. She has served as Immunization Coalition Chairman and World Community Service Chairman. Ann is a Paul Harris Fellow, a Community Fellow; and an MSNI Ambassador.

Doug Padgett. Doug is President of Pendergraph, Inc., and his club classification is Security Systems. Doug joined the Rotary Club of Tulsa in June of 1997. Doug serves on the Technology and Camp Enterprise committees. He is a Paul Harris Fellow and a Community Fellow.
