Tom Payne and Brenda Melancon along with 145 Rotarians manned 12 stations across the city of Tulsa to help raise money for the Salvation Army.  Committee Chair Howard Plowman awaits the news of the total collected by Rotarians.  Howard thanks all of those who worked to ring the bell and looks forward to next year.
